Green Building Council awards 4-star rating to Cecilia Square in Paarl
The new Cecilia Square office building in Paarl, which is located adjacent to the N1 close to the Paarl Mall and is scheduled for completion in September, has received a 4 Star Green Star Office Design Rating from the Green Building Council South Africa (GBCSA).
