Actis raises over $1bn for new energy fund

Actis, the global pan-emerging markets investment firm, today announced that it has closed its third energy fund, Actis Energy 3.

New Europe Property Investments will seek to raise about EUR35m or about R486m through the issue of new shares.

New Europe Property Investments raises R695m via an accelerated book build‚ which was substantially oversubscribed.

Investec Property Fund says it is launching an accelerated offering of shares to raise up to R500m.
