Attacq accelerated bookbuild oversubscribed

Attacq Limited, successfully closed a R640 million capital raising.

The Pivotal Fund Limited's listing on the main board of the JSE has been confirmed for Monday, 08 December 2014, following the conclusion of a successful and heavily oversubscribed capital raising.
