The Alliance Group will take an entire block in the Cape Town central business district to auction next month.

Properties in Kimberley and Bloemfontein will be in the spotlight at the Alliance Group’s auctions this month, where 13 retail and office blocks and a parking garage will be on offer.

Seven buildings were sold in quick succession in a spirited auction held by Park Village at the Wanderers Sports Club on Thursday when a landmark hotel in central Johannesburg came under the hammer.

Nineteen buildings came under the hammer at the Auction Alliance multi-property sale in Rosebank last Wednesday, where 50% of the sales were confirmed at the drop of the hammer.
