Auction: ultra-secure Waterford Estate on Auction

Auction Exchange is taking a grand residence in the exclusive and ultra-secure Waterford Estate to Auction.

On the banks of the Jukskei River, Waterford Estate is situated close to Fourways and within easy distance of excellent schools, shopping malls and entertainment complexes. The estate boasts lush landscaped gardens, two parks, a picnic area, a lapa and braai area, tennis and squash courts and nature trails, all for the exclusive use of Waterford Estate residents. With bush babies, guinea fowl and spectacular bird life, it is tranquil living at its very best.

"This is the ideal home for those looking for excellent security and a peaceful environment, yet remain close to the buzz of Fourways" says Uzel Gulston of Auction Exchange. It is ideal for easy living, with a semi open-plan kitchen and lounge which leads to a stunning enclosed patio with a built-in braai, and then the garden and swimming pool on the banks of the river. Upstairs are three bedrooms – with approved plans for a fourth and fifth, a study area and a sumptuous en-suite bathroom. A luxurious downstairs Jacuzzi room and double garage complete the picture.

The auction will take place at The Westcliff Hotel, 67 Jan Smuts Avenue on 6 December 2012 at 12H00. For further information you can contact Uzel on 083 538 7741 or visit www.auctionexchange.co.za
