ApexHi and Isivuno Strenghten Partnership

ApexHi Properties Limited and Isivuno Apex Properties have further strengthened their partnership by agreeing that Isivuno Apex Properties will handle all government leasing activity in the ApexHi property portfolio on a national basis.

Madison Property Fund Managers today announced its excellent maiden results as a JSE-listed company with distributable income of 39 cents per linked unit for an eight month financial period to 31 December 2006. Distributable earnings of R74,1 million exceeded the forecast of R63,6 million by a noteworthy 16,5%.  This equates to a 47,8% total return to linked unitholders since listing on the Financial Real Estate – “Real Estate Holdings and Development Sub – Sector” of the JSE Limited on 7 June 2006.

ApexHi increases distributions by 19,7%

ApexHi Properties Limited has distributed 73 cents per combined unit (A unit: 32,85 cents; B unit: 40,15 cents) for the second quarter, bringing the total combined distribution for the six months to end December 2006 to 140 cents, a 19,7% increase on the corresponding period to end December 2005.

ApexHi Properties Limited has sold its iconic "diamond building" – 11 Diagonal Street in Newtown, Johannesburg - to Absa for R104-million.
