Siyathenga Property Fund Limited today announced its final distribution of 30,00 cents per linked unit for the six months to 30 June 2007 which, together with the interim interest distribution of 27,5 cents per linked unit, brings the aggregate distribution for the year ended 30 June 2007 to 57,5 cents per linked unit. This represents a 10,61% increase compared with the prior year’s annualised distribution.
