The former Telkom warehouse on Roan Crescent, Corporate Park North, will be in the spotlight as a standalone offering.
Morden office and retail buildings, as well as an historical hotel building in Gauteng and Mpumalanga, will be on offer at the Alliance Group multi- property auction next month.

Eighteen properties, including a national monument, went under the hammer at an auction packed with 250 potential buyers in Cape Town yesterday.
“Industrial property was the great boom of 2006-07, leaving industrial rentals at the highest they have ever been,” says Eli Unterslak of Alliance Group.
The days of the historical gentlemen’s club will be remembered when the old Union Club building in Bree Street, Johannesburg, comes up for auction later this month.
The Alliance Group will auction the Midrand City shopping centre on September 18 at the Park Hyatt Hotel in Rosebank
