WPN reveals SA Women in Property Awards finalists

The Women’s Property Network (WPN) has announced the finalists of the South African Women in Property Awards (SAWIPA), marking a celebration of female excellence in the local commercial property sector.

The South African Women in Property Awards (SAWIPA) were hosted at the Inanda Club on the 23rd October 2018.

The 4th South African Women in Property Awards (SAWIPA) hosted their Gauteng Regional Awards at the Sanlam Art Gallery on the 22nd August 2018, where members of the Women’s Property Network (WPN) and women in the property industry were in attendance.

Cape Town, South Africa, 1 August 2018 – Women’s Property Network (WPN) hosted the Western Cape region for the fourth annual South African Women in Property Awards (SAWIPA), in conjunction with Airports Company South Africa (ACSA).

At a glittering event held at the Polo Room, Inanda Club last night, the Women’s Property Network (WPN) celebrated the 2017 South African Women in Property Awards.

Women continue to make inroads into the traditionally male-dominated South African property industry. Sandi Mbutuma, Women’s Property Network (WPN) Chairperson, acknowledges the changing face of the sector, with many women attaining prominent leadership positions in property companies and industry bodies.

At a glittering event held at the Monte Casino Ballroom on the 2th of October, the Women’s Property Network (WPN) celebrated the 2016 South African Women in Property Awards.

The South African Women in Property Awards Gala Dinner is set for Wednesday, 26th October 2016 at the Monte Casino Ballroom. Partnering with the WPN are dedicated sponsors Airports Company South Africa (ACSA), the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and Tsogo Sun. 

Shaka International Airport was built by Acsa without a feasibility study, it emerges in correspondence linked to a court process.

With the Regional winners in Cape Town and KZN having been announced over the last two weeks, the Women’s Property Network (WPN) completed the final leg of the Regional Awards at a glamourous event held in Johannesburg last night.
