Small cap property company Forim Holdings is negotiating to sell it property assets and rid itself of at least part of them by way of an auction
Small cap property company Forim Holdings is planning to get out of fixed property.

The company has said it was no longer its strategy to be invested in fixed property and that resources currently invested in these assets could be better utilised.

It said it had entered into negotiations to sell these assets, or part of them, by way of an auction. The auction will be held tomorrow.

However, the company said it was under no obligation to accept any of the offers resulting from the auction.

'Should sales be concluded for either the entire, or part of the portfolio, shareholders approval will be sought if required in terms of the JSE Securities Exchange South Africa Listings Requirements.

'These fixed property sales may have an effect on the share price of the Company's securities on the JSE.

'Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company's securities until a further announcement is made,' the company stated.
