The Midrand development is called Corporate Park South and will include five phases with a value of R300m.

Johannesburg based developer Dickinson Projects is undertaking two industrial developments totalling R1,3bn in Midrand and Port Elizabeth.

Meyer Erlank, development manager at Dickinson Projects, says the Midrand development is called Corporate Park South and will include five phases with a value of R300m. The 35000m² development will be completed by March next year.

The location has access off the N1 via the Olifantsfontein (R562) offramp and on to the Old Pretoria Main Road.

The Port Elizabeth development called The Greenbushes Business Centre will be rolled out over three to five years.

The development, which is situated on Cape Road, is valued at more than R1bn and includes 62 sites covering 330000m²

Erlank says there has been a lot of interest from blue-chip tenants.

Construction on this project will start next month, with the first phase completed by the end of the year.
