A THREE-STAR guesthouse in Somerset West is to be auctioned by Pam Golding Commercial Auctions on site at 11am on June 17.

The establishment, with an AA “highly recommended” rating, has views of the Helderberg Mountains and is situated on a double plot of 3452m².

There are 431m² of buildings including five self-catering cottages that can accommodate 16 guests, an internet café, reception office, 40m² laundry room, 40m² garage-workshop, granny flat, staff accommodation building and staff kitchen.

The owner’s house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a study, open-plan lounge and kitchen, swimming pool and manicured grounds with borehole.
