Industrial transportation group Super Group is in "advanced" talks with an interested party relating to the sale and leaseback of a major portion of its property portfolio, it said on Wednesday.

It did not disclose any further details, advising shareholders to exercise caution when dealing in its shares until a detailed announcement was made.
