Viglietti Motors,which is owned and run by the Viglietti family of Cape Town, is the appointed Ferrari & Maserati importer for South Africa and also has a Cape Town showroom representing the same premium motoring brands.

Viglietti Motors will be the only Masarati dealership in the Bryanston/Sandton and is expected to open in May 2008 on a 3-year lease.

"With Masarati's ethos of 'excellence through passion' the luxurious brand will complement Redefine's portfolio of bluechip tenants, which occupy our quality buildings in prime locations," says Redefine Senior Asset Manager, Michela Piccini.

The deal was concluded by Jill Turnbull-Dlamini of Broll on behalf of Redefine, says Grant Silverman of Madison Property Fund Managers' leasing division.

"The idea is to use Viglietti's over 35 years of motoring experience to bring Maserati into the spot light of Southern Africa's most important commercial region. As a result, Redefine's landmark car and motoring property was identified as the ideal location," says Turnbull-Dlamini.
