Construction of Brooklyn Bridge will be completed by June 1 with the development reportedly fully let

The 23 000m² multi-use premises is an Atterbury Property project that combine three upmarket restaurants with office space. Located at 570 Fehrsen Street on Brooklyn Circle, this development is proving to be a sought after and popular choice.

“Optimal branding exposure is offered via the adjacent road network,” says James Ehlers of Atterbury.  “In addition, this office precinct occupies prime position in the Brooklyn commercial node with easy highway access and close location to all public transport facilities.”

Tenants include SARS, Advocate Chambers, Mielé, Parkdev, Standard Bank, FNB and FNB private clients.  Three restaurants will service the area and the first being Cappello’s is open and trading.  O’Galitos will open in a month’s time whilst Kream will follow soon thereafter. The restaurant area covers a total expanse of 1 000 m².

Contemporary architecture with a breezy flow sees the offices and restaurants designed around a central garden court. Landscaped gardens are offset by paved pedestrian walkways which lead to five office buildings. These range in size between two and four storey structures.

The development has its own ‘super-sized’ basement which houses 1 100 cars.  In addition, comprehensive standby generator power offers the peace of mind that many businesses are today seeking as a priority.
