Hyprop Investments anticipates that distributable earnings per combined unit for the year ended 31 December 2007 will be between 18% and 20% higher than the previous corresponding period

Hyprop Investments said on Monday it anticipates that distributable earnings per combined unit for the year ended 31 December 2007 will be between 18% and 20% higher than the previous corresponding period.

The group will publish its results on March 3.
