Bidline will bring two retail and warehouse complexes in Nelspruit and Vanderbijlpark to auction next week, as well as a former Clover Dairy factory.

The retail complex in Nelspruit, consisting of showrooms and offices at St Andrews/Dan Pienaar streets, offers a gross lettable area of 6000m? and available bulk of 11800m?. The complex, on a 1,7ha stand, is zoned for Business 1 purposes. Anchor tenants are Lexus, SABC and the public works department. The auction takes place in the Promenade Hotel, Nelspruit, on November 29.

In Vanderbijlpark, the retail, warehouse and petrol station complex on Curie Boulevard has a gross lettable area of 2800m? on a 5250m? stand.

Of special interest at the former Clover factory is a 600m? cold-room in the 1860m? building. The vacant factory building, on a 5500m? stand, has available bulk of 2800m?. The property forms part of the auction to be held next Tuesday at the Inanda Country Club at noon.

Two hectares of development land is available on the N14. The site has been approved for 113 storage units.
