Listed property unit trust Fountainhead Property Trust was the winner in both the office and industrial property categories at the 5th Annual property investment conference hosted by Sapoa (South African Property Owners Association) and IPD (Investment Property Databank) at this year's Financial Mail Property Investment Awards held in Cape Town on 15 November.

Hyprop Investments was the overall winner in the retail property category
