Hotels group The Don Group (DON) said on Thursday that it expects earnings per share for the year ended June to be between 186% and 206% higher and headline earnings per share some 198% and 218% higher than the previous corresponding period.

The Don's final results are expected to be published on or about September 25.

The company's share price was last up 12.2%, or 6 cents, to 55 cents.
