Loita will soon be joined by further tenants of the fully sold out sectional title development, known as 1 and 3 Melrose Boulevard.

Together they represent 21,000m2 of office space. Both also include exclusive residential penthouses.

Melrose Arch is owned by Southern Palace, a joint venture between Amdec Property Development and Property Partners. Amdec is also the appointed development manager for Melrose Arch, driving the roll-out of all development projects on this prestigious mixed-use precinct. Barrow Properties is joint venture partner of Melrose Arch Development Company on both 1 and 3 Melrose Boulevard.

The development rollout of Melrose Arch is proceeding well with over 175,000m² of a total 315,000m² in the precinct either built or under construction.
