Vukile's R3.8bn portfolio under new management

Property group Vukile Property Fund said on Thursday that its asset manager, Sanlam Propeties, has appointed three companies to manage its 3.8 billion rand property portfolio.

The three companies are Gensec Property Services, Hermans and Roman Property Solutions and Kuper Legh Property Management.

"We are confident that they will be able to maintain the high level of service delivery required by Vukile and ourselves," said Banus van der Walt, Sanlam Properties' Chief Executive.
