Vukile, the JSE-listed property loan stock group, announced on Tuesday that the extension of its factory and warehousing complex at Allandale in Gauteng is on track to be completed by the end of November this year.

The extension comprises 17 units and will add 5,650 m2 to the complex's existing 15,600m2 area. 

CEO Gerhard van Zyl said on Tuesday that demand for additional space at the complex was driven by its location just off the N1 freeway between Johannesburg and Pretoria.
