Roberts has taken over from Ken Reynolds, who has taken up a national role to facilitate a broad range of deals.

Frank Berkeley, Managing Director of the Property Finance division of Nedbank Corporate said that the move allows Reynolds to concentrate on sourcing new investments for Nedbank’s Property Partners division, an area where he has exceptional skill, and which has been identified as a strategic focus.

Brian Roberts worked for the Nedbank group in Property Finance for several years and left the bank in 2003 to form his own structured finance consultancy.  He then held the position of Managing Director of Zenprop, leaving earlier this year to rejoin Nedbank Corporate Property Finance. Brian has considerable management experience, a sound knowledge of property finance and the industry, and a well-deserved reputation as a deal maker.
