Auction Alliance will hold two multiproperty auctions in Pretoria next month when properties in Waterkloof Park, Dullstroom, Hammanskraal, Rustenburg and White River will be on offer.

The auction takes place at the Sheraton Hotel, Pretoria, on March 6 at 1pm and March 7 at noon. vHeading the list on March 6 is a shopping centre on Douglas Rens Road, Hammanskraal. The complex accommodates a retail component and a 1,000m? warehouse, plus three vacant stands of about 1ha each.

The shopping centre has 15 tenants, including Cash & Carry and National Tyre Company. The complex earns a gross income of R1,73m a year.

For sale in Pretoria is a suburban commercial and residential complex at 910 Hertzog Street. It has six retail shops and seven duplex units, fully let, with a gross income of R457,080 a year.

Another lot in Pretoria is a commercial building on Von Hagen Street, Pretoria West, earning R220,000 a year.

A building offering student accommodation, and an adjoining 1,500m? of development land, are available on 24th Street, Rietfontein. The property brings in an income of R97,800 a year.

Two retail stores of 800m? each in Rustenburg will also feature on the sale. The stores are on Fatima Baloyi Street.

Numbi Centre in Hazyview has a gross lettable area of 3,138m? and an income of R979,427 a year.

In top spot on the March 7 auction is a 328m? thatched home on a 3,031m? stand at 79 Drakensberg Avenue, Waterkloof Park.
