A NEW sectional title office development worth more than R70m is to be developed on Rivonia Boulevard in Johannesburg.

Misha Tolksdorff, development manager at Crowie Projects, the development managers of the project, says they will be developing 6200m² of sectional title office space on the back of strong demand for A-grade office space in the Rivonia precinct.

The shareholders of the development include Crowie Properties, Focus Project Management and Utho Strategic Investments.

“We want to start development in April next year and have occupation in June 2008,” says Tolksdorff.

He says units will vary in size from 189m² to more than 400m². A 4000m² suite could also be developed, if necessary.

He says the development consists of three themed buildings representing historic eras in SA.

These include Heritage House, an existing building which will represent the past; Progress House, which represents the present; and Prospect House, which represents the future.

Tolksdorff says the development is aimed at small to medium-sized businesses.
