Shares in construction company Group Five (GRF) were up 6% in afternoon trade on Friday following the group's announcement that it has entered into negotiations which, if successfully concluded, may have an effect on the price of the company's shares.
 
At 14:50 Group Five shares were at 42 rand - up 6.06%, or 240 cents.
 
Shareholders were advised to exercise caution when trading in their shares until a further announcement has been made.
