The Competition Tribunal unconditionally approves the merger between Sun International and Real Africa Holdings
The Competition Tribunal has unconditionally approved the merger between Sun International (SUI) and Real Africa Holdings (RAH), the Tribunal said in a statement.

Sun International will acquire the entire issued share capital of Real Africa, the effect of which is that Sun International will acquire Real Africa's minority stake in all the subsidiaries of Sun International where Real Africa has a share. As a result Real Africa will cease to be a stakeholder in the subsidiaries of Sun International.

Sun International is offering Real Africa shareholders 513 cents per share.
