Elizna Bryant to join investment team
Catalyst Fund Managers, South Africa's leading independent manager of listed property investments, recently announced the addition of Elizna Bryant to their investment team. Formerly a property fund manager at Old Mutual, Elizna brings 14 years of property experience to Catalyst, including 4 years as the lead analyst.

In addition to expanding Catalyst's domestic research and portfolio management capacity, Elizna will be focused on international property analysis. Andre Stadler will continue as portfolio manager, while Paul Duncan will continue to focus on local property analysis.
Catalyst's focus and specialisation in the listed property sector has seen both of their unit trusts under management deliver exceptional performance. According to MoneyMate, the Catalyst SA Property Equity Fund is ranked as the top performing fund this year to date, while the mCubed Property Equity Fund (managed by Catalyst) recently received PlexCrown's top rating of 5 stars for the fund's risk-adjusted performance over the last 3 years.
