Four prestigious management contracts awarded to Pam Golding Sectional Title Administrators

In recent months, Pam Golding Sectional Title Administrators (PGSTA) have been awarded four new prestigious management contracts for luxury residential buildings and developments.  MD Mike Morey says these are: Two Oceans Beach at Moullie Point, Ocean Breeze in Sea Point, Glenbeigh in Camp's Bay and Piazza St Johns in Sea Point. The estimated combined capital value of these prime properties is R330 million. PGSTA now manages 24 upmarket properties in the prime Atlantic Seaboard area alone.

The recently completed Two Oceans Beach, comprising 11 levels incorporating 51 ultra-luxurious apartments, is an exclusive, flagship property with spacious homes ranging from 192-1268sqm and with exceptional mountain and ocean views across to Robben Island and Blouberg.
