THE top spot in the forthcoming Aucor multiproperty sale this month is a newly built five-star boutique hotel located in the heart of Centurion.

Property-Housing-ResidentialJames Dall, property CEO of Aucor, says the property market is generally buoyant, but the interest shown in the Tuscan-style hotel so far has been remarkable.

“Although the value is R35m, bid prices from R20m upward are expected. The property is unfurnished, which allows the new owners to adapt the hotel to their own standards and taste.”

With a gross lettable area of 4200m², the hotel consists of three storeys and 57 en-suite rooms or suites. There are both open and closed patios with a restaurant overlooking the pool, bar, conference room and entertainment areas.

Other features include a curio shop, offices, staff quarters, reception, foyer, luggage and waiting area, communal bathrooms, caretaker’s room and delivery court yard. Of note is the provision made for handicapped guests. A lift services all floors. There are 100 parking bays.

The hotel is close to shopping centres, the Unitas Hospital and other public services. The property is secured with electric fencing, two access-controlled entrances and a guard tower.

This will be one of 14 properties on sale on Tuesday March 14 at the Inanda Club. For more information, call Nicholas Hillier on 084 587 7741.
