The Improvon Group has acquired a substantial tract of land in Centurion where it will develop industrial space.

“Recognising that warehouses and distribution centres now play a vital role in the supply chain, with more and more companies referring to their warehouses as ‘Customer Service Centres’, the proposed development will comprise modern infrastructure in a secure, park-like environment. Buildings will be customised to client requirements,” said Grant Lewington, marketing manager for Improvon.

Work on the three-phase project will commence in August this year and is scheduled for completion during 2009. The first phase consists of 34 500m² and will be available for rental by mid 2007.

The site is strategically located on the N1 highway, with access off the Old Pretoria Road and close proximity to Pretoria, Johannesburg and airports.
