Goodyear South Africa has signed a 10 year lease with Metboard Properties Limited for 16,024m2 in Germiston, Ekurhuleni in a deal valued at R43,6 million.

The Elvan Building in Sunnyrock is already an established warehouse for the tyre distributor which has now renewed its tenancy of the industrial premises on a triple-net basis.

“The convenient location with easy highway access provides and ideal base from which this leading tenant will continue to meet the needs of its clients,” explained Tyrone Govender, Executive Director of Metboard Properties Limited who secured the lease on behalf of property manager Investec Property Group.
