Valuation Alliance is excited to announce the appointment of Jeremy Chetty as Director: Commercial Valuations.
Chetty has over 15 years experience in the valuation industry, and has held various senior positions within the financial services industry over the past few years.
Most recently, Chetty headed up the Valuations division of RMB Properties (Coastal Region).
During the course of his varied career, Chetty has been involved in valuations of major shopping centres, hotels, residential and industrial developments, as well as a host of commercial, industrial and retail properties. Chetty also has extensive experience in the listed property fund sector, and has been involved in several valuations of portfolios amounting to well over R5billion in accordance with Johannesburg Stock Exchange requirements.

Chetty currently serves on the Executive of the SA institute of Valuers (Southern Branch) and is an Executive Member of the Technical Committee of the Banking Council of South Africa – Cape Region. Chetty will be based in Cape Town.
