Pretoria’s office market has been ahead of most other Metro markets, and more importantly, has not really gone through a boom bust cycle that many other regions have experienced. It appears that Pretoria is set for a development flow requiring ongoing monitoring, particularly now as the vacancy cycle seems to have bottomed out.
