A non refundable deposit of R1000-00 per document will be payable.
Sealed proposals, clearly marked “FOREST TOWN ERVEN 80, 81 AND 82”, must be placed in the tender box at the Information Desk at the offices of the City of Joburg Property Company (Pty) Ltd not later than 12:00 on Monday 17 October 2005.
Please note the following:
a. No late proposals will be considered;
b. Only candidates with the necessary expertise and capabilities qualify to apply
c. The City of Joburg Property Company (Pty) Ltd reserves the right not to accept any proposals;
d. The City of Joburg Property Company (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to withdraw any proposed proposal at its own discretion; and
d. The results will be announced subject to Council Resolution.
