The 2500m² office and 1600m² Tyger Valley retail development is the product of a trust formed by Cape of Good Hope Bank, V3 Consulting Engineers and Sancino.

The node is emerging as a major business centre in the city's northern suburbs, with a regional shopping centre complemented by many new developments with blue chip tenants.

Cape of Good Hope Bank is financing the project, which is being managed by Project Delivery.

The 1600m² ground floor has been occupied by restaurants Café Pierre and Vacca Matta, Western Province Cellars and Platinum Auto.
