FLEXISPACE @ the Hub is a joint venture between Kagiso Integrated Services, a property and facilities management company, and Business Process Support, a company focused on providing services and support to the project management industry.
Business Process Support (BPS)
BPS is a project solutions business focusing on the systems, services and infrastructure required by project-centric organizations. The company started out in 1999 as a joint venture between Global Technology Ltd and PER Consulting (Pty) Ltd, a company owned by a group of SAP™ consultants and project management experts. The joint venture, Global Technology BPS (Pty) Ltd, was the first SAP™ Application Service Provider (ASP) partner in South Africa. The joint venture came to an end in 2000 but to retain brand value the owners of PER Consulting changed the name of the company to Business Process Support or BPS.
Kagiso Integrated Services (KIS)
KIS is a division of Kagiso Property Holdings (KPH) which forms part of the Kagiso Trust Investment Company (KTI).
KTI was formed in 1993 with twin objectives:
- To provide sustainable means of financial support for its controlling shareholder, Kagiso Trust;
- To achieve economic empowerment through an active operational involvement in underlying investments.
