Furthermore Redefine’s vacancy factor in its directly owned property portfolio has improved to a record 2,6% across its entire property portfolio, including office, retail and industrial premises. Its lease expiry profile also exceeds the sector benchmarks with 69% of all Redefine’s leases expiring in 2008 and beyond.
