Jo'burg bosses are planning to sell 'derelict' buildings in the inner city

Skhumbuzo Ndumndum, the city's programme manager, said proposals would be called for next month from individuals, tenants and private developers interested in investing and refurbishing the buildings.

The initiative is part of the Better Buildings Programme.
