(Cape Town, 4 March 2005)
For the third year in a row, Cape Town will be showcased at the world's largest property exhibition - MIPIM - in Cannes, France from 8 to 11th March 2005.
In collaboration with the City of Cape Town, the Cape Town Partnership will again be showcasing Cape Town's property investment opportunities to about 17 000 commercial and industrial property investors.
Cape Town Partnership Chief Executive, Andrew Boraine, said that with international investors already showing keen interest in Cape Town's Central City, a presence at MIPIM 2005 would introduce the City's property investment offering to an even broader range of international investors.
The City of Cape Town and the Cape Town Partnership are proud to be able to showcase a City that even to a non-commercial eye can be seen to be increasingly vibrant. Visitors to this year's MIPIM, will be exposed to a Cape Town in which Inner City renewal efforts are visibly reaping rewards.
The Central City is experiencing much demand from both residential and commercial investors and its skyline is peppered by the healthy sight of construction cranes.
The City of Cape Town looks forward to the exciting opportunity of sharing its good news with international investors at MIPIM 2005.
Eurocape, the developers of Mandela Rhodes Place in the historic Old Town, as well as the Partnership and the City of Cape Town will be making a strong investment case for Cape Town
