As Vukile (VKE) and ApexHi Properties Limited (ApexHi) hold at least 85% of MICC's Property Income Fund Limited (MICC) issued capital, MICC unit holders have been urged to accept the Vukile offer, which closes at noon on January 14.

ApexHi announced on January 10 the results of its offer to MICC unitholders, stating that it had received acceptances for its offer from MICC unitholders holding 19% of MICC's issued capital.

Vukile has to date received acceptances for its offer to MICC unitholders from MICC unitholders holding 66% of MICC's issued capital.
