The City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality
hereby invites interested parties to submit development proposals to lease/purchase and develop
part of the farm Bedford 68IR (Also known as Huddle Park)
Application documents are available in Room 15016, 15th Floor, Metro Centre, 158 Loveday Street, Braamfontein, Johannesburg. A non refundable deposit of R 5000,00 per document is payable. Documents can be collected between 08h00 and 15h30 from the 20th September 2004
A compulsory briefing session will be held on 4 October 2004, between 09h00 and 10h30, at Committee Room A, 1st floor, 158 Loveday Street, Metro Centre, Braamfontein.
Sealed proposals, clearly marked "Huddle Park Development", must be placed in the tender box at the Information Desk not later than 10:00 on 12 November 2004
Pl ease note the following:
a) No late proposals will be considered;
b) The City reserves the right not to accept any proposal;
c) The City reserves the right to withdraw any proposed proposal at its own discretion; and
d) The results will be announced at a later date.
