Trafalgar is to sponsor Property 24’s rental hub giving tenants access to the largest data base of properties to let across South Africa.

"We took the decision to sponsor the hub based on strong consumer interest and support for the property Internet channel in terms of residential property sales leads," comments Andrew Schaefer, managing director of Trafalgar, the national residential company focused on property management, letting and short term insurance.

Through Trafalgar’s sponsorship, approximately 3000 residential letting vacancies, covering most major metro areas across South Africa, will now be available to search on the Internet search engine.

The search engine listings will provide detailed profiles of the vacant units including photographs in many cases. Emails and SMS’s to the relevant letting consultant are also supported.

Schaefer adds that the service provides consumers with the convenience of fast, free and detailed information sourced according to criteria they have for rental accommodation such as size, location and so forth.

The rental hub will also include tips and advice for tenants and owners regarding the rental of accommodation.

Trafalgar will be sponsoring the rental hub from 16 August.
