A double storey home in Vredehoek, with an asking price R1.350 million, was received on Seeff City Bowl branch's books on Thursday morning.
An agent e-mailed her full database of potential appropriate clients by 11 that morning, and received back 23 interested responses that same day. At 7 o'clock that evening an offer was put on the table, which was accepted and signed by 8 that same evening.
