Auction group Aucor is holding a property auction on June 8.

National sales manager Bannie Olivier says the company uses auctionsto gain "exposure". Among the properties set to go under the hammer are:

A two-storey office building, Aintree House, on the western side ofthe Epsom Downs Shopping Centre in Bryanston. It has 36 carports.

A warehouse in Wadeville, Germiston, which carries a lease until May2005. T he warehouse is in good condition and has secure parking and apaved yard in both the front and the back.

The Wynberg Motor City complex in Wynberg, Sandton, which is a singlestorey of motor-related shops, workshops, stores and depots. This fully-letcomplex features easy access to the M1.

A two-storey office block near the Inanda Club which features A-gradefinishes, 18 basement parking areas and 13 open parking bays.
