A two-storey office building, Aintree House, on the western side of the Epsom Downs Shopping Centre in Bryanston. It has 36 carports.

A warehouse in Wadeville, Germiston, which carries a lease until May 2005. T he warehouse is in good condition and has secure parking and a paved yard in both the front and the back.
