Cape property developer, Asrin, is devel-oping a mixed-use business park in the Ratanga Road/Century City area in Cape Town.
Prosperity Business Park will be similar in design, style and pricing to Asrin's highly-successful Centurion Business Park, now nearly sold out.
The new park will have 40 single storey commercial units varying in size from 80 to 100sq m each.
Arrangements can be made to consolidate two or more units and certain buyers have already done this, Asrin says in a statement
