Investec's head office buildings in Cape Town and Sandton were transferred to Growthpoint Properties Ltd yesterday, Monday 01 March 2004, following the acquisition of these two prime commercial properties late last year for the total consideration of R975 million.

"In line with the terms of the acquisition, 50.9million new Growthpoint linked units will be issued and listed within the next few days." said Norbert Sasse, Executive Director of Growthpoint Properties.
