Demand for offices in Westville is driving the next phase of On The Boulevard in Westway Office Park.

Phase one of the A-grade office complex is now fully let after the successful introduction of Prestasi.

Chantal Williams of JHI Real Estate, who also placed PPS in 250m2, negotiated their three-year lease for 330m2.

Both tenants were previously in the city centre and are moving to Westville for greater convenience to clients. Other tenants include Coca Cola and Farmers Agricare.

Construction on phase 2 is now underway and aiming for completion in March, according to project letting co-coordinator, Kevin Goncalves of Acumen Properties.

Premises between 300m2 and 600m2 are available at rentals between R70 and R75 per m2.

He says there is a lot of interest in the second phase hence the decision to proceed with further construction. - Property Reporter, Mercury Network
