Broll to manage private school's facilities

KwaZulu-Natal school Hilton College has created a new dimension in the local property management business by outsourcing its facilities management requirements.

"The idea started with the Hiltonian Society," said Stanley Frank, managing director of Broll Facilities Management.

"They wanted to ensure the school's top-class facilities could be sustained over the long term and felt the requirements to maintain standards had gone beyond the scope of a traditional school-managed function."

In addition to the usual plethora of facilities required within any school, the college maintains 60 on-site staff houses
